Recipe: Peach salsa
Yields: 3 cups
Ingredients: 2 cups peaches, diced; 1/4 cup red onion, minced; 1red bell pepper, diced; 2 tsp. jalapeno, minced; 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped; juice of 1 lime; salt.
Directions: Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 1 day.
Serve with chips or use as a condiment for chicken or fish.
